All sales are final due to the handmade and custom nature of our products. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference. Please review all order details carefully before completing your purchase, as custom items cannot be modified once production begins.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement or store credit when applicable. While all sales are final, we truly care about your experience and will do our best to find a reasonable solution if an issue arises, though we cannot guarantee a resolution in every situation.

House of Ever Grace is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped.
