- Production timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase
- Changes after production begins may not be accommodated

- Delays caused by carriers
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

- Custom and made-to-order items are non-refundable
- Ready-to-wear items may be eligible for exchange or store credit (if unworn and approved)
