Custom Order

All custom orders require a $15 non-refundable deposit, which is applied toward your final total. After checkout, a custom order form will be sent to your email. Please complete the form with as much detail as possible so your vision can be accurately captured.

Once your form is submitted and design details are reviewed, a final invoice will be sent for the remaining balance based on quantity, design complexity, and customization. Production will not begin until the final invoice is paid in full.

PRODUCTION & SHIPPING SCHEDULE

To ensure efficient production using DTF printing, orders are processed on the following schedule:

✨ Monday Production Cycle (Ships Tuesday)

• Orders must be placed by Saturday at 4:00 PM
• Designs are prepared and sent to print on Monday
• Orders ship out Tuesday once production is complete

✨ Wednesday Production Cycle (Ships Thursday)

• Orders must be placed by Monday at 4:00 PM
• Designs are prepared and sent to print on Wednesday
• Orders ship out Thursday once production is complete
